Tea is considered a solution to all of life's problems in Iran too. I started to really enjoy tea when I was about 10 and have been an avid fan since my teen years.

(In all seriousness, take care~! Try to do something fun when you feel like that, even if it doesn't seem like it'll help. Listen to happy music, eat yummy things, watch a fun movie, go for a walk... At worst it'll distract you and take your mind off things a bit, and at with any luck it just might cheer you up a little~! )

Thanks for the advice. I actually did listen to music while having tea, so it could have been the music that cheered me up.
