Still, I made up for it with most of the stuff they've done post-merger and that entire EIDOS thing was an attempt at reparations against the annoying alienated fanbase.

I was trying to invent a way for me to monitor what some other guys were doing with their computers, mostly because I hear they were using the computer to develop some sort of pornography technology. I sure as fuck wasn't going to let them encroach on my territory, as I was previously responsible for the invention of the video cassette recorder, which was created primarily for home viewing (and creation) of X rated materials.

One thing leads to another and I wind up creating the internet.

As for the ring of power, I just wanted some of those cool robes. It wasn't my fault that those Nazgul happened to be holding onto the ring. It's also not my fault that Mount Doom's hotsprings happen to have pretty thick vents.
