Help with blury PS2 games

Hi Emuparadise it has been a while since I've posted here.
I'm looking for some help on removing the blurriness on PS2 games. I am using PCSX2 1.0.0 my settings can be seen in the screenshot, as well as a screenshot of GOW 2 showing the problem.
Any help on improving the image quality of the game would be greatly appreciated.

Try setting MSAA lower and bumping the internal resolution.
