Boxed = basically new
Unboxed = Has everything with it but also might have a scratch or two or a bit of limited wear
discounted = USED

Its bollox really though, if we got a brand new sealed one in and one that has been used but looks new they get the same grade so its a bit stupid, we shouldn't generalise grading with only 3 grades but this is life.

Phones too. We've sold ones in near mint condition, which always get graded as B, despite being NEAR PERFECT.
