Was one of my thoughts. It'd be nice for when some friends come over and we want to play multiplayer on a game that is online only. It'll also be nice to have as a Netflix/BluRay machine in my room, or to finish some multiplayer trophies if I can't find anyone to play with, or give to Dallas and let him play his games on it. Lots of things I could do.

Not really. All I'd really have to do is find someone who would be willing to buy a EU PS+ voucher for me and Paypal them some money. Could probably find a website that would let me do it too, but those usually cost extra. Then I'd just have to create a new user on my machine, and when I sign up for PSN, tell them I live somewhere in Europe.

That's pretty much it. It'll make buying things online with that account difficult, but the free games and stuff would work.

Yeah, it wouldn't be any different to what I've done with live (setup a UK account).
But I found a guide with all info for address and telephone details, so it was pretty simple.
It's only a silver account, so if I wanted gold I'd have to get a UK prepaid card. Wouldn't be hard for me 'cos I have family in Ireland that come over here a fair bit.

Other methods don't work afaik, because paypal/credit cards aren't associated with the false address you're using.
