Take everything that you wouldn't normally feed to a person, because it's difficult to separate a worthwhile amount of meat from the bone or whatever.

Separate it from the bone or whatever.

Grind all the meat together (usually pork and chicken, sometimes beef as well for the big companies). Mix until basically a liquid.

Package into very, very thin casings.

Feed to children with no taste buds.

There's a special machine used for the "mix until liquid" part, but I'm having trouble remember its name. Mainly because most shops don't have one (they're ridiculously expensive). Something like "the emulsifier," but not as gross sounding.
