Ok, some ep's are ok for various reasons (ferengi, klingons) but it's not as good as TOS, TNG or Voyager imo.
Only Enterprise and the unofficial/fan stuff is lower. And TAS.

I couldn't stand a few of the characters in that show. Kept waiting for that fucking doctor to get deleted. Hated Janeway. And not big on Neelix and Kes.
Some of the tech continuity was horrible too not to mention all the borg garbage. One little ship surviving through some of that I mean come on. Borg would have all like ZZZZap one shot and Voyager would have gone *poof*
Don't get me wrong it happens in DS9 too with much smaller ships the runabouts which pisses me off too.

Shit man, the Enterprise should've got wasted a few times in TOS and TNG...yeah, Voyager takes the invincibility idea to the extreme, but it sticks a little closer to the original Star Trek concept imo (like TOS and TNG).
The doctor can be annoying sometimes, but there are some funny moments later on.
Neelix and Kes are probably the only characters I still hate
