I had cash problems before that mission as well, seems like everyone does. But I sold some shit and ended up with 2000-ish bucks on me to hire two more Runners and managed to complete it like that without too much difficulty.
Then again my main character is a combat shaman with an assault rifle and a bunch of good buffs/summoning powers. Seriously loving all the Charisma-related skills. I can basically summon the fucking devil when needed.
Sad but true. People calling Shadowrun Returns a "pathetic game" is just making me shake my head.
For his sake I sure hope so
This game really has a lot of potential. There really is a lot to like about it - I love all the character classes for different reasons, and I really can't wait to beat it and start over with another class.
EDIT: Just something I wanted to share, the Destructoid review I think is just about perfect... it's the best review I've seen so far for the game, and the last paragraph alone really hits the nail on the head. It's worth a quick read especially for anyone on the fence about the game. http://www.destructoid.com/review-sh...s-258733.phtml

I was perusing eBay yesterday and managed to win an auction on a copy of Parasite Eve: 3rd Birthday, cost me like £3.60 after postage. Shame I don't own Parasite Eve 1 or 2 though....
Got a new Laptop. It's a pile of shit of course.
Picked up Damnation for 360 at a local Salvos store (Americans call them thrift stores iirc).
Crap game, but only $2 so no loss 'cos EB will give me more than that when I trade it
Also got a couple of old Battletech novels (loved that shit when I was in high school), and a Clive Cussler Dirk Pitt novel that I've never read.
Humble Bundle for £3.09 last night, so got Saints Row 2, 3 (Full Package), Dead Island, Sacred 2 Gold Edition and Risen 2 Dark Waters for my Steam library.![]()
