I can't remember the last time I cleared my browser history... at the same time, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to check with Chrome, so I guess we'll never know. I just went back about 15 pages and made it to last Monday...

Posted a status on Facebook about how interested I was in learning Thai after meeting lots of amazingly nice Thai people in Japan. Five minutes later, there was a knock at my door. I opened it to find two of my Thai friends giggling nervously and blushing. As soon as they saw me, they threw their arms around me in a big group hug and rambled about me how much they loved me and how I had to learn Thai and come to Thailand, how they would speak to me and help me any time at all, and how I could stay at their houses whenever I wanted. Apparently they had been studying in the common room downstairs, and as soon as they had read my status, had felt obliged to drop everything they were doing immediately, run upstairs to my room, and hug me. :'D Why is my life so cuuuuuuuuuuute? ;___;

Man, Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii is probably hands down the best Super Mario mod/hack that I've ever played. The Newer team worked so hard on it. There's barely anything recognizable from the original besides some of the power-ups. It takes cues from SMW and SMB3 which are the two best in the series IMO. Just finished it last night and the final boss battle was a serious surprise. Now I just have to go back and collect the star coins that I missed. Then I'll be able to unlock a new area on the overworld that appeared after beating it.
