Yeah...the ending sequence of Justified S3...yeah...

I've heard good things about Copper, but being set back in time is a big drawback for me so I haven't gotten to it yet.
heh, yeah luckily we have a DVR so we tend to record most of the shows we watch so we can just skip the damn commercials.

It's a great show. Regardless of the time period, which doesn't bother me at all. Seeing as how it takes place during the Civil War, which was a pretty brutal time in the US.

As the Steam Summer Sale is now happening, I felt this was relevant.

Took my old kitchen table to the dump today and swept off my patio. And by patio, I mean concrete dugout. Now, to do some laundry and have a shower, then finish cleaning my apartment.

Remember when weekends were all about hanging out with friends, playing games, and goofing off?

    Yeah, me neither.

That being said, putting on a Futurama marathon courtesy of Netflix does help to break up the monotony.

    Only a little bit.

I remember thinking it was kind of "meh" back when it first aired. I haven't watched anything from when it returned in 2009/2010, though. It's the kind of show that I enjoy more as a "sit down and watch a bunch of episodes in a row" instead of trying to catch episodes randomly when they air.

It also doesn't help that they rerun the same 20 episodes over and over again where I live. Makes it hard to get into the show when every time you watch it, it's the same episode.

Anyways. Back to cleaning. Enjoy your game.

Man, I feel exactly like you - I kind of passed on it when it first aired, but then around 2006 or so, a friend of mine was big into it and had tons of episodes. They're awesome, especially in a marathon setting, but like you I've not seen anything since it actually returned to the air.

    Good stuff though

Damn, I lied back for a second and I ended up passing out for a freaking hour. :/ I think it's time for some coffee now!

EDIT: Also, Futurama is awesome! I've loved it from the beginning. The "new" ones are decent but there just seems like there's something missing. They're not nearly as funny as the original ones.

I'm bad for lying down and losing four hours of my day.

It happens more than I care to admit.

It happens way more often now than it used to. I'm going to blame it on the summer heat boiling away all of my energy.

Coffee has been made, much better now.
