There are tons of worthless cards too but yeahhh.
Ooooooh glad I kept some goodies in my parents attic!

    Yay!!!
I know I have a Mox ruby from alpha.

Think I have a couple of star dragon cards from legends not those ugly white boarder chronicle reprints!

Hah now I'm very curious what cards I ended up saving. I use to keep track of the stock market through the wizard catalogue.

Seriously, it's funny how the generational gaps work like that. I remember when I was a wee lad, playing with my pikaman cards, I'm sure there was a cognizant individual profiting off of them. I probably know him too.

You're better off selling in person to other players.

So TheRealSpiders, what did you use to sell your cards ebay?
I went pretty hard at the game for a long time, so I had connections to a lot of dealers. Sold some on ebay, some IRL, and some one various mtg boards.

Also seriously, if it's a NM Alpha Mox Ruby you could probably get $1000 for it. Straight cash.

Also, like spiders said maybe a forum but you couldn't start out trying to sell something like Mox Ruby.

Also, if you are REALLY REALLY sure it's NM and dont want to deal with anybody: http://www.cardkingdom.com/purchasin...singles?filter[category_id]=0&filter[name]=mox+ruby&filter[rarity]=

Just copy paste the whole URL.

Yeah, E-bay is good for getting rid of them quick, but rarely useful for getting maximum value out of 'em, especially since it's such an absurd and obscure purchase, only people who really know the value of it will bite. Because it's so expensive they'll probably end up paying less than it's actual value.

Fees matter a fucking lot on high end items.
