Could you please tell me what you hear at 1:45 here, starting with いくら考えても...?

Also, do you know any idioms that go something like 地の底から etc.? It's 0:24 in the video and I'm wondering if it has a special meaning or something... Normally I'd expect a line like this to be 心の底から憎む, after all.

    Thankies. ^___^
How far do you want me to listen? Just that one line? If so, I think it's:

    I meant until

I thought goals are usually accomplished, not found/discovered, in this context, at least... It'd probably help to know the full context, but still. I'm also not sure what これは wants to refer to.

    Sorry if I'm being confusing.

That makes more sense, thank you.

It's fairly hard to listen with all the music and sound effects... No wonder my version sounded fishy and not very Japanese-like.

Yeah, it wasn't easy to catch. ._. Things like that can be hard even in your native language sometimes. So mine might be wrong too. It seems to make sense in the context, though.

So I suppose I can basically leave my English translation as it is since it's more or less the same.

I didn't read your translation, because if I read a translation, that often becomes all I can hear in the dialogue, and I can't hear alternatives. But I'd probably go with something like: "I dreamed of a simple world where my goals were set out clearly in black and white. But before I knew it, I was dragged into this mess."

Also いくら考えても分からないから yielded a Google result on the game's Twitter page, so I guess that's the correct version. Even though I totally hear it as なら but whatever...

Oh, から makes more sense than なら in the context, though. "I couldn't wrap my head around X no matter how hard I tried, so I abandoned my hometown".

Yeah, that sounds a million times better. So please don't read my translation now.

    Aww.

Still, I think "dragged into this mess" sounds more natural than "things had already escalated to this".
