Finally finished the last couple of episodes of Thrones. Must say they were much better than the first 2. I normally bitch about differences between the show and book but this time I thought it was pretty good. A little more invested in Theon and seeing what happens between episode 3 and 4. Still in the end what does it really matter?

Also finally seeing more of Varys, he was a more important character for the first 3 books and has been largley ignored thus far. A little more explanation of Margaery and her intentions and skill as a manipulator is also welcome. I never felt the books were particularly well written in the first place and still believe and maintain that Martin has had a hand in fixing things here and there. The changes made seem to be more catered to the visual in order to explain certain things and they finally got it right in these episodes I think. Here's hoping they continue to put some actual thought into things. Noticed too that Dinklage gets top billing in the credits. Go Midgets Go!!!

    All men must die.

    Edit: Come on red wedding

Edit 2: largest post I've made in years

The end of episode 4 was fantastic! Yay Dany!!!

Venture Brothers-the show is strange, but I find it hilarious. Looking forward to season 5 premiere in June.
Doctor Who-Catching up on current season
Absolutely Fabulous-Been watching old episodes. Brings back memories of watching it with my bff and laughing our asses off.
Supernatural-Season finale was whoa. This season has been quite a journey.

I'm currently re-watching BBC's Sherlock. Watched it when it first aired on telly, but the missus hasn't seen it before and after 2 years of recommending it, she finally decided to give it a go and admitted ten minutes in that she should have listened to me. As always

Phew. Finally got through it. All 9 seasons of Roseanne, If not for Roseanne herself this would be one of the best sitcoms ever made. And man that last episode.

    Harsh Realm (1999).

Terrible. Thankfully there are only 9 episodes.

    Spoiler warning:

I'm burnt out on crappy anime, and killing the pope the other day (!!!) put me in the mood for bloody papal politics. . . so I'm watching The Borgias.
    Very good show.
I was expecting a more gradual buildup to all the Machiavellian scheming and treachery and carnage, but they just thrust you right into the maelstrom.
And you can't not love watching a show about the guy who inspired both Machiavelli's The Prince and the commonly accepted image of Jesus.
    It's almost a religious experience!

Watched the first episode of The Blacklist last night. It's very good. The premise is interesting and the ongoing plot they're setting up seems like it's gonna be worth following.

Welp watched the first episode of shield. Not that bad. Phil's got his dry sense of humor and there was a couple of good funny moments in there. Not a fan of some of the characters in the team but maybe it'll get better on that front.

Really hoped the black dude at the beginning would have turned out to be Luke Cage but oh well

Obviously their is some reference to Avengers of course and even some from Ironman 3 which was neat.

Anyhow I'll prolly wait until the season is done and watch them in a row.
