I finally got my the scaler hooked-up and my set-up optimized. I have to say while the PS2 is a great console in many ways (game library, controller), it has a lot of issues graphically. It's really not meant to be on an hdtv...ever. The anti-aliasing issues are the big offender. I will in fact be playing the majority of my ps2 games on a standard def tv still. Really disappointing and the Xbox and Gamecube blow it away. The Dreamcast is also better. I have Sony brand "hd" cords so it really was as good as it could be. It's definitely playable for 2D games (they look pretty much how they should) but with the 3D games it's very hit and miss.
These are like big time first world problems, so yeah...

Haha, I just found my first ever post on EP. Hilariously enough it's about FFXII, and how it should go back to FF roots and bring back the old nostalgic feeling.

Also, yeah, I think it's safe to assume conferences involving Kinect and CoD and other shit aren't for me when I mostly just play Japanese porn games and RPGs...
