I've watched all the DVD releases before, got S7 retail and dumps of all the rest.
The Blu-Ray editions are remastered...I think they've only released up to and including S3 atm (not sure, I'd have to check that), but I've only got S1+2.

Watched an extended version of The Measure of a Man earlier (extra 12 minutes or something).

You could probably get S1+2 720/1080p dumps via torrent if you're keen.
