Up until recently, out of every music player I'd tried, it was my favourite one and had the best UI. I haven't touched Winamp in years, so it could be different now, but yeah, iTunes isn't that bad.
I don't like the new layout changes, though.
iTunes is a bit clunky on Windows but it's perfectly useable provided you tell it to a) organise your music folder automatically and b) not sync with your iPod ever.
My only real issue is it takes forever to start up, but once it's going it's great and has just enough options for me to feel like I have control over how everything is displayed, but not enough to make me feel overwhelmed with things I don't understand. And since I don't have an iPod and will likely never have an iPod, I don't run into those kinds of problems.
I'm a firm believer in "if it ain't broke don't fix it," and iTunes ain't broke for me. Once they make some kind of change to it that I really hate, I'll find something else. Until then...![]()
