Slow downloads on specific games?

hello everyone i am new here and I just wanna say that I have slow downloads on specific games Like Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix and Kingdom Hearts Final Mix but when I download a different game for example final fantasy X my download speed was fine any reason on whats with this? any help would be appreciated

Please try switching your preference between our North America and Europe servers. One of the set will work well for you. Keep your setting at the one that works well and you're good to go

can you teach me atleast how to do that? iam using google chrome is that ok? or do I have to switch to another browser? thx in advance

There should be a red button called "Edit Download Settings" in the download page for that game, hit it and it will let you change the settings MasJ mentioned.
