So Psycho-Pass ended the other day. Great show with a somewhat lukewarm and predictable ending. I kinda like the message it's trying to convey (change is gradual, it doesn't happen overnight - but hope is there), and the whole "coming full circle" thing it was going for. But like I said, it was rather predictable, and didn't go out with a bang, unlike the first half of the series (looking at you, episode 11 twist). Still a fan-fucking-tastic show, though. Highly recommended.

I just marathon'd the whole Fishman Island arc of One Piece. It was pretty meh as expected except the final episodes which were ridiculously awesome. Now I want to continue thenext arc in Manga format.

Why must you do this to me one piece?

Finished Psycho-Pass. As expected, Gen Urobuchi did not disappoint. The best anime I've seen since Fate/Zero last year.

Also added Shingeki no Kyojin and Suisei no Gargantia to the list.

Went on a Patlabor marathon recently (Movies 1-2, New Files, Original Series OVA). I liked everything except for Movie 2, which had way too much boring dialogue that lasted forever and many main characters from the TV and OVA series only had a few minutes of screen time. Currently watching Aeon Flux animated series. I used to watch that show on MTV back in the 90's and I still have no idea what is going on. Love it!

I watched OreImo. It was okay, but nothing special. It wasn't bad though, so I'm gonna follow the second season that's currently airing.

Episode 1 was alright. 2 was fantastic.
EDIT: Did you watch the "true end" or no? Most streaming sites stop after 12 (good end), but there's a 12 (true end)/13/14/15 as well. OreImo 2 picks up after the true end.

So, currently watching OreImo 2 (obviously), Chihayafuru 2, Space Brothers, Muromi-san on the Shore, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Uta no Prince-sama 2 (don't judge), and planning to pick up Shingeki no Kyojin and Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko tomorrow.

Also the new episodes of Initial D whenever they get subbed.

Yay for randomly mixing versions of the names as I see fit.

I'm aware of that, and yeah, I watched the true end and the the three extra episodes that follow it. In fact 13/14 were probably the best bits of the season due to the focus on the goth catgirl chick.

Forgot to mention this in the previous post but I also finished up Boku wa tomodachi ga sukunai Next. There was considerably more fanservice in this one compared to season 1. Still a decent watch and actually fairly similar to OreImo in certain ways (consider this a recommendation, Cola).

And Nyaruko-san season 2. Guiltiest of all guilty pleasures, but I just can't look away.

C'mon, clearly the best girl is SAORI BAJEENA.

I'll get to Boku wa Tomodachi eventually. Of course, between all the stuff CR has, what's on my hard drive, and my game backlog, it'll probably be a while.

Also, I got bored watched Valvrave and "My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU" or however you want to westernize it. On the first one: It's... Gundam.... but not Gundam? Only the first episode is out so far, but it plays out almost exactly like the first episode of Gundam Seed. Seriously.

As for the latter, it's surprisingly good. It's pretty typical, but still good.

Just watched the first episode of Attack on Titan.

Is it me or is there actually a lot of really good anime this season? It's usually pretty slim pickings but there seems to be tonnes of stuff worth watching right now.

What else would you consider worth watching? I'm only asking because picking out the gems from all the shit is never easy.

I have my eye on Suisei no Gargantia, personally. Only because it's from a writer whose works have yet to let me down.

There's some okay stuff out there right now, but it doesn't feel like there is more than usual. Maybe it's because of my weird tastes.
