    Default Problem with ePSXe

I tried to take a screen cap but couldn't for some weird reason so I'll try to explain as best I can. Everything is displaying too big to fit on the the screen and I can't seem to fix it. I've tried changing the resolution and plugin but nothing has worked. I've used 1.6, 1.7, and 1.8. I've also tried using many games and it still does it. It works fine in windowed but not full screen, and I'd rather play in full screen. Any tips on how to get this to work correctly?

At least you should please try providing what plugins are you using and the plugins configuration, and explaining the issue a little more clear can also help us to maybe try to help you.

Well, I've tried using many different plugins. All of the Pete's and PEOPs for the most part. I tried running high resolution and low resolution. I didn't really change much in the settings. Did both 16 and 32 bit. I even left all of the settings at default and only changed the resolution. Nothing works.

One of the games I've been trying to play is Vigilante 8. The best way I can describe the problem I am having is: At the start screen all I can see is part of Vigilante, the right part is cut off and "Press Start". It's like everything is blown up, like my screen isn't big enough. I hope that helps.

After changing the resolution are you load stating back into the game via f4 if so this could be your issue as save states save the state of the emulator not the game so when you load a state all changes made after that save state would be undone.

lzy0699, like I said in my first post I tried but can't for some weird reason.

Knightshade, no I haven't been using save states. I shut the emulator down completely and start it back up each time I make a change.

Did you tried with the configuration posted in the PSX Datacenter? All the screens taken are using epsxe with the recommended configuration for each game.

If it helps have you tried a different video plugin? I have the same issues using pete's 2.8/2.9 where I couldnt (and still can't) do full screen. Think I use version 1.76 and its fine. Believe me, I tried everything to get it working with the newer video plugins
