I think its a good game. Takes a while to max out your stats but is very rewarding afterwords.

It is a bit, but nowhere near as difficult as the butterfly catching game

Tales of Graces on the highest difficulty. Boss battles are pretty fucking hard now. Still doable though, as long as you pay attention to enemy weaknesses and launch your attacks accordingly.
