Being online has nothing to do with it, unless you also turn off the router.

Always being online means your console is ALWAYS on, and the 360 problems of over heating is going to repeat itself here, you can bet on that. Not to mention how high your electricity bill is going to be. YEESH!

I vaguely remember him mentioning he gets a lot of random power cycles that can sometimes last for hours.

My laptop is pretty much always on, 'cept for when I sleep.

    Oh

I saw that deal too. You get a brand new 360 4GB for $99 with a 2 year commitment for Live. I'm sure that's a good deal for some people, but I wasn't impressed.

I was really excited for RDR until I read about herding cows.

If I wanted to herd cows, I would play Twilight Princess.

... maybe I'll go play Twilight Princess.

Kiddo and I are going through the 3D Zelda games at the moment. First Ocarina of Time, then Wind Waker, then Twilight Princess. Maybe with my birthday money I'll buy myself a Wii and pick up Skyward Sword. I can't find my copy of Majora's Mask (ex might have taken it when we split up) so I (thankfully) don't have to play that one again.

YOU HAVE ALL BEEN UPDATED I'M GOING BACK TO PLAYING JAK 3 NOW FOR SOME GAWDAWFUL REASON

So it's been almost 3 weeks now waiting on my Dragon Warrior games to come in. I'm starting to get worried.

On the other hand, the seller has over 48K feedback and a >99% rating, so I'm not that worried. But I spent a lot on money on that and I want it now.

I enjoyed Majora's Mask. I didn't like Wind Waker at first, but after playing Minish Cap, I'm thinking about playing it now.

Yeah, he does. I think partially because I love it, and he wants to be like me, but his mother plays classic Nintendo games (Mario, Zelda, Pokemon) and she's a bit of a handheld gamer, so he's rather exposed to it. Right now he more likes sitting there cuddling me while we play as opposed to actually playing, but he's starting to get pretty good at a few games. He can beat me at some of the minigames in Mario Party 4, though.

I like the concept of Majora's Mask, but the game isn't for me. Wind Waker didn't appeal to me when I first heard about it, but when I started playing it I couldn't put it down. Definitely one of my top Zelda games.

Same here. We got our NES when I was 3. I started playing it a lot when I was around 5-6.
