I tend to find you need to shoot him in the head but when he raises his foot to stomp shooting at that helps (at least for me) when the las plagas come out shoot them.

But no, actually Corey did give me a good idea, I think I'll get enough for the down payment, and if I get Full Time at work, and get the payraise I'm supposed to, (Up to $9-10 an hour.)
