Could someone help me with a NDS emulator?

Hi, I'm new in this forum, so first I want to say hello to everyone. I hope someone can help me with my problem...
Indeed, I think it must be something very simple, but I don't know. I downloaded WinDS PRO because my NDS just seems unable to work properly any more, so I downloaded some ROMS an all was going OK until I tried to play the last Tinkerbell game, the one of the faity rescue. The emulator opens it, or tries to do it, I'm not sure, but the fact is that all that it seems able to do is to show me a black screen. So I downloaded the game again about seven times from different webpages and so on until I found this web. I've downloaded the game again from this site and still didn't work, so I tried it with NO$GBA but it still doesn't work. Then I tried with NO$Zoomer but the screen still shows black. It had never happened to me before, usually I don't have problems with this kind of things, as I've been using emulators since GBA appeared, so I'm feeling quite stupid.
I know the videogame sure does not worth all my efforts, but right now is just that I MUST play it because I've spent so much time on it and by now I'm just too frustrated to give up.
So, please, can someone help me? I'll left below the link from which I downloaded the game, just in case it is not ok or something.

Have you tried desmume?

I just tested on desmume 0.9.8, it's working no black screen.
