    Welp after playing around with other plugins and builds of pcsx2 I've got full 60fps in FFX. I'm in Besaid now though and there's not a whole lot going on on the screen. We shall see. Also why have I been fucking around with this all night?

    Because Emulators are fun?
    THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
    If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

    All that's left is finishing this game in Arcade Mode with the 15 remaining characters I haven't touched yet, then I'm done. Should be able to get that before I have dinner tonight. That's... that's just sad.
