Bought Akrham City and Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale the other day.

Those are officially the last games I'm buying until Tomb Raider comes out. I really need to start clearing out my backlog.

Let me know what you think of Battle Royale - I'm not too crazy about it... it feels too slow, there's too much focus on ranged tactics, and the general smash techniques or whatever they are called just don't feel right.

Anyway, I bought the Skyrim DLC on the last day of the XBL sale. Dawnguard and Hearthfire were both half off, so I got them. Glad I waited, because Dawnguard is regularly 1600 points.

Will do. I'll probably go off on one of my longer-than-necessary rants about it when I'm done.

    Just bought:

    Seicross (boxed)
    WWF Wrestlemania (boxed)
    NARC (complete)
The Official Guide to Mega Man (Amazon Link)

For $30 from a guy on eBay. Just waiting on a shipping total so I can pay for it.

    [ January 4th Edit ]

    Just bought:

    Bionic Commando (complete)
    Duck Tales (complete)
    Double Dribble (cart)
    Platoon (cart)
    Gyromite (cart)

For a hair over $40. I'm getting dangerously close to 150 unique titles for my NES now.

    [ January 5th Edit ]

    Roger Clemens MVP Baseball (complete)
    Major League Baseball (complete)
    Airwolf (boxed)

    Total: $16 + shipping

Al Unser Jr. Turbo Raicing (complete)
    Gauntlet II (complete)
    Kabuki Quantum Fighter (complete)
    Rescue: The Embassy Mission (complete)
    Solstice (complete)
    Star Voyager (complete)
    Wall Street Kid (complete)
    Xexyz (complete)

    Total: $95 (free shipping)

    Championship Bowling (complete)
    Win, Lose or Draw (complete)
Dash Galaxy in the Alien Asylum (complete)
    John Elway's Quarterback (complete)
    Jeopardy (complete)
    Anticipation (complete)
Wheel of Fortune Family Edition (complete)

    Total: $50 + shipping

    Vita:
    Persona 4 Golden
    32GB Memory Card
    Trigger Grip Accessory

    NES:
    (All cart-only)
    Baseball Simulator 1,000
    Jack Nicklaus: Greatest 18 Holes
    Legend of Kage
    Mickey's Mousecapade
    Roger Clemens MVP Baseball
    Track and Field
    Urban Champion

Also picked up a Retro Duo NES/SNES dual clone. Pretty cool little clone actually. The stock controllers are pretty crappy, luckily I have some original SNES controllers to use. It does have built-in S-Video(only for SNES) though. That provides an really awesome picture. Unfortunately S-Video doesn't work for NES games. I mainly bought it so I could play my Chinese Phantasy Star IV Famicom Pirates. Since they only work on clone hardware.

I love my Retro Duo. Make sure you do the NES audio mod though, it makes a world of difference.

Also the controllers really are pretty weird. One game kept crashing at a certain part and I thought for sure it was the console until I ended up using one of them on a real SNES. Turns out they made the game freeze at the exact same point on the SNES too. I switched to a real controller on the Retro Duo and it's behaved itself ever since.

Bought Rune Factory Oceans from PSN the other day. Had this itch to play a Harvest Moon but since Tale of Two Towns seems to suck and A New Beginning won't be released in EU for a very long time I figured I'd get Rune Factory instead. Glad I did since it's great fun and so charming!

Pretty sure that it was the combo pack, so you should have gotten Mega Man 9 was well.

Whelp, since I didn't win the auctions that I wanted earlier today, I spent a few bucks from my upcoming holiday pay and bought a few more games for the collection:

    Complete in box:
    All-Pro Basketball
    Astyanax
    Baseball Stars
    Barker Bill's Trick Shooting
    Bigfoot
    Bad News Baseball
    Bases Loaded
    Bases Loaded 2: Second Season
    Bases Loaded 3
    Bill Elliot's NASCAR Challenge
    Cabal
    California Games
    Castlequest
    Cobra Command
    Tecmo NBA Basketball

    Boxed Games:
    Joust
Legends of the Diamond (mine is in pretty rough shape and it was cheap)
    Mendel Palace
    Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves
    Spot! The Video Game
    Twin Eagle

    Box only:
720* (just the box. Already own the game, and the box was only $3)

Instruction Manuals: (just to complete a few of my boxed only games. Total for the instruction manuals came to ~$20)
    Air Wolf
    Blades of Steel
    Dick Tracy
    Disney's The Little Mermaid
Disney's Little Nemo: The Dream Master
    Disney's Talespin
    Goal!
    Nightshade
    Rad Racer II
    Snoopy's Silly Sports Spectacular
    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
    The Chessmaster
Wheel of Fortune feat. Vanna White
    WCW World Championship Wrestling
    WWF Wrestlemania Steel Cage Challenge
    WWF Wrestlemania Challenge
    WWF Wrestlemania
    Yo! Noid

[ edit ] Found another site that sells excess empty boxes and instruction manuals. Just snagged:

    Boxes:
    Crystalis
    Destination Earthstar
    MTV Remote Control
    Star Tropics

    Manuals:
    720*
    Joust
    Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse
    Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves
    Spot! The Video Game
    Gold Medal Challenge '92
    Golgo 13: Top Secret Mission
Gotcha! The Sport Light Gun Game
    Othello
    Seicross
    Swords and Serpants
    MTV Remote Control
    Star Tropics

Which just turned some of my boxed games into complete games, all for ~$65. (About half of the cost is in the boxes. Most of the manuals were only $2-$3 each.)

    F1 2011 - £5
    Killzone 2 - £2
    Resistance 2 - £3
    Uncharted 2
Gran Turismo 5 Academy Edition 2 for £20 with UC2
Dead To Rights Retribution £5 (Xbox 360)

And I have God of War III and Uncharted 1 coming to me from eBay.
