As for the Asian/Japanese schoolgirl obsession (anime = oversaturation catalyst) thanks in large part to the internet, I can understand why 'grown adults' lusting after these images might be seen as having "paedophile tendencies"; lets take a quick look: The tiny (childlike) physique of many characters that essentially looks like a grotesque depiction of a child with huge plasti-tits? Check. Shaven/absent bodily/pubic hair? Check. Often overtly childish, 'pseudo-innocent' facial expressions/eyes? Check. Characters depicted as 'adult women' often having grating, high-pitched voices/inflections of a child/'blushed-red' cheeks? Check.

There are avatars here that perfectly illustrate my feeling on the whole thing.....<shudder>.....creeeeepy times, kids....

I mean, I was ALWAYS aware of rag mags like "Hot Asian Women" and WORSE, but those are ADULTS, I am speaking of the sexualization of 'child-like images', typically done via modern animation.
