PS2 v9 not booting anti mod game Spyro 3

Hi all on emuparadise forums,

I was wondering if anyone has a modbo 4.0 that boots the anti-mod ps1 games such as Spyro 3.

I tested Crash Bash and it works but Spyro 3 fails when the ninja tries to steal the egg in the beginning screen.

I think I found the solution http://www.cheatcc.com/psx/codes/spyroyotd.html

Requires Gameshark 2.41 or higher to work havent tested myself but will post back if it works.
