I remember this one time i was playing zombies on cod waw for about 36 hours straight, i must've drank 3 Nos energy drinks and couple coffees... i thought i was going to have a heart attack.

Well fuck you then. BC, HST is 12% at the moment. We used to have GST/PST too, then BC government forced the HST in after explicitly stating they wouldn't during the election. Referendum held, HST "defeated," yadda yadda yadda, apparently we go back to GST/PST in April.

I think the general idea behind it was that it makes accounting easier on the government end and streamlines the tax process. The fact that the lower- to middle-class ends up paying disproportionately more taxes just ends up being a happy coincidence for people who want to blame the government for everything.

I can see that being the reason but there was also issues with native people getting pissed off about how they couldn't use their tax cards because of it. It's all straightened out now i believe

I remember hearing about that. Definitely pretty ridiculous, but no one ever accused the current government for being very smart.

Ugh. Double-double is the highest I'll ever go. When I was at cutting school, one of the guys there used to drink 5-4s. 5 cream, 4 sugars.

BLTs plus chicken strips. Nom nom nom.

Just took me forever to make the chicken and the bacon. Then about a minute to make three sandwiches.

Also, little crescents plus apple butter.

And there's a coconut creme pie in the fridge.

I don't cook often, at least not more complicated things, but when I do I kind of go berserk~
