Broken Sword a little too "broken"

I downloaded Broken Sword off the main site under the ScummVm section, and when extracting it gives me and error saying its a "broken operation" or something along those lines. I tried downloading it on two different computers, and i tried the direct download an the alternate link and it was the same both times. I just thought I'd let others know. Oh it was the English windows version, there are also Spanish and German versions I didn't try because I only speak English.

I tested the file and it extracted alright on the server. Maybe there was some issue with the download cutting off prematurely or something ?
