I just bounce from game to game and eventually just lose interest. I haven't played my Neo-Geo or my TG-16 in a while, and I got those fairly recently. If it's not a co-op game I can play with my roommate I get bored of it pretty quickly. I used to be able to just sit by myself and play games for hours on end though. So I don't know what's changed recently.
I found that once all my buddies moved away after high school and I stopped playing games with them that I lost interest for a while. You're probably losing interest in single player precisely because you've been playing co-op with your roommate, and I agree... it's just not the same. I play a lot of single player because I prefer couch co-op, and I have no one around here to play games with. Therefore, SP games are my bread-and-butter.

I've barely touched any of the NES games I've bought recently, though. I've played maybe 20 of the 80 titles that I picked up.

The tags he was referring to are wwaayy down at the bottom of the page, under "Tags for this Thread." They're basically a pile of in-jokes that have nothing to do with your signature whatsoever.

I'm the same way. I prefer to play co-op with my friends in-person, as opposed to online. Sometimes my roommate will just split the screen on his bigscreen TV and we'll each play something different. All I know is I need to find a way to get out of my single-player funk and start playing some RPGs or something.

I actually played the original Ninja Gaiden a couple weeks ago. Trying to finally finish it. Suffice to say I got a bit aggravated and turned it off. That damn last boss.

I do that occasionally with Castlevania III. I don't think I've ever beat that game, but I usually make it to the last boss. Or the second last boss. Usually. Still one of my favourite games though, even if I can't seem to ever beat it.

Just beat Nefarious without taking a hit. What should I play now?

Good buy! How did you get a 250 for 28 bucks, they tried to charge me twelve for less than ten.

Gamestop. The 250GB drive is $69.99, minus 10% PowerUp discount, minus a 20% rewards coupon I got off the PowerUp Rewards website, minus a $25 gift card I got from eRewards for taking online surveys.

Mass Effect 3 was $16, and I used another $5 off discount coupon from PowerUp.

    I shop like a woman
