I just tested it, downloaded the whole thing and it extracted fine.

What internet browser are you using? Firefox? Chrome? Internet Explorer?
Are you using a download manager?

Then you were able to download and extract the game just fine, but you are having trouble playing it afterwards?

You don't need a different upload, you need help playing the game. Trust me, it is almost always the emulators fault when issues arise, not the specific upload of the game.

Again, this is an issue with the emulator, not the game itself.

Create a thread Here and tell us everything we need to know so we can help you.

... I seriously hope I'm getting through to you.

I do not deny that your PC is decent, but there could be a problem with your specific hardware. Also, your graphics card is a little lacking.

And just because you tried different plugins does not mean you exhausted every possibility, or even got close to what you actually need to do, especially with PCSX2 where changing the plugin rarely fixes the issue.

I honestly don't know what else to tell you. You are not going to get the help you need here, as this is not the section for getting help playing a specific game, and you are just now starting to tell us the things we need to know.

    HUGE EDIT:
Alright, since this was moved to the right section, would you mind telling us what version of PCSX2 you are using? And what non-default settings you have enabled? Try using software mode (press F9 while in-game) and tell us what happens.

    I use pcsx2 v2.1.1.0

    and the plugin here:
    http://img38.imageshack.us/img38/132/sanstitreryb.jpg

but all games in software mode works well it's just suikoden tactic that always hangs in the same place the book at the very beginning of the game

by mode against hardware game works and some other game not work

then I prefer software mode works for all the games especially RPG

That version of PCSX2 does not exist. Do you mean 1.1.0?
What you probably have is a beta, or test release, and it is probably not very stable. I recommend using the latest official release.

So you have tried it in software mode, and it still froze in the same place? That would have been good to know.

Again, try the latest official version of PCSX2.

So I've googled the issue and found a solution: the game is not fully playable yet, and is caused by the hang right after the intro. In order to be able to proceed, you need to tick the SkipMPEG hack in the Gamefixes section of PCSX2. This will get you past that point and makes it playable.

The only problem with that is it will skip every FMV, so he will have to restart PCSX2 in order to see the others, and he can't use save states until after he has restarted the emulator... I don't know if we are going to be able to communicate that.

    EDIT:
I was hoping that we could find something that either only had to be changed once, or you could change it on the fly without having to restart, like the Round Mode and Clamping Mode of the Emotion Engine and Vector Units, but this does not seem to be the case. Looks like skipping the FMV is the only way to get past that point.

This is not something you repair, that is just the way it is. You have to use the Skip MPEG hack to get past the first FMV, then restart the emulator (without loading any Save States) if you want to see any of the other ones.

At this point, either you can choose to skip the first FMV (and possibly more, I don't know), or you can not play the game using PCSX2.

Where is the miscommunication? What do you need explained?
