I can play skyrim, mass effect 3 pc versions in my android. Just needed a powerful pc.
And many more powerful pc games.
He saw it on Youtube of course
Reminds me of a video I seen once when I was searching for a Halo homebrew for PSP (Still haven't found a good one yet) where the uploader claimed to be able to play Halo 2 on his PSP. He then proceeded to plug his USB cord into the PSP and "plugged" the other end into the game case that held the XBox game.

Monitor #3 is on the way...once my adapter arrived, I realized that my last third monitor had a vertical res of 700something pixels...which down res'ed my whole setup.
4640x900 here I come!
Today i saw an app on Google play.
That makes our phone a controller of games running on pc.
We have install the software in pc also.
Then that pc software streams the currently played games to that android app.
It means our phone works like a secondary monitor and a controller.
For that we need a great internet connection in both android and pc. (i don't have that) but we can also connect both pc and android phone with a hotspot and wifi (but who will play in phone instead of pc when we're near our pc? ).
