I'm pretty sure that's a .7z file, would be best to use 7Zip to unzip that file.
Don't worry, 7Zip is totally free, and a quick Google search will get you the latest one.
*Oh yeah, it also supports win and rar files as well, so you don't need Winzip or Zipitfree bogging you down.
