First successful garage sale hunt. Gonna see if I can double up my luck with a flea market tomorrow.
Awesome find on those NES games man! I really need to go and look at some yard sales before it starts getting too cold. Although I guess there's always JJGames/eBay during the winter months.

Just won an auction for a Turbografx-16 on eBay today. I picked it up for $84 shipped. It comes with one controller and two games. The games are Bomberman and Keith Courage. Looking to pick up a flash cart or at least some more games for it though. There's only 94 games in the North American release list.

I was actually quite pleased with myself. I also found out about a couple of decent retro trade-in stores in a couple of cities near me that I'll probably check out with my next paycheque. Sounds like it's only about a forty minute drive.

I've always been curious about a TG-16, but I've never actually seen one in the wild out here, which kind of puts me off it. If the only place I can get games for it is via eBay, then I'll probably never touch it. Still, picking up the console and two games for $84 is actually an amazing deal.

God I want to go buy some more games right now.

Might got for pokemon black and black 2 sometime before the year is over. I haven't played anything past HGSS and for some reason I would prefer playing it handheld. And I got a DS, so I guess I could at least save to either get them both, or just get one of thoseR4 thingies, or acecard whatever

Probably gonna end up with the actual physical copies before a 2014. Hopefully, there will be a decent price drop. But then again, super smash bros melee, still costs $20-25 in most places still after 10 years. Damn communist prices

Hoping to get pokemon coliseum and XD gale of darkness again for my gamecube. Hopefully I'll have wii by then and I'll probably get battle revolution also.

I bought New Super Mario Bros. 2 for the 3DS today from Gamestop. I had a $25 gift card from last Christmas, so I figured what the hell. There's at least something I can spend some money on that I can't currently pirate.

Also, not exactly a game purchase, but I bought a Turbo Everdrive flash cart. For my recently purchased, and soon to be arriving Turbografx 16.

Yeah man, you almost never see TG games outside of an online or specialty store setting. I think in the last oh 6 years or so I've seen som TG games once or twice at garage/yard sales.

Went on an anime theme binge...

    Noir: The Complete Collection
    Madlax: The Complete Collection
Gunslinger Girl: Complete Collection (includes OVA's)

Bought Infinite Discovery and Final Fantasy XIII-2 for xbox 360. I can't believe I ordered ff13-2, but what the hell. I'm feeling silly.

I assumed it was $50 for both (otherwise I would have streamed lols). I value PS1s at $0.00.

Yeah, I wasn't real crazy about that game at all. But I will say this.... it's better than FFX-2. That game was total trash.

I bought Tekken Tag 2 yesterday.... I don't really know why as I don't care for fighting games, but I loved the original Tekken Tag back in the day. Haven't played TT2 yet.

Also paid for and pre-ordered Borderlands 2 for the 360. Actually had to go to GameSlop for this because of their pre-order bonus; it's some experience grinding arena and an extra character class. Oh well, first time they've seen my business in almost a year. So if anyone is getting this game on 360 and wants a partner send me a PM or something and we'll get together and loot some stuff!

I don't think I'll ever play either one.

I hate how basically every store that sells AAA titles will have different pre-order bonuses. Got Halo 4 through BB because of the $20 back in rewards. The first time I've ever pre-ordered from them. Since it's a AAA title I don't think too much can go wrong (that wouldn't also go wrong anywhere else). I refuse to pre-order from Gamestop because of that crap with Mana Khemia 2 that I've mentioned before.
