Yeah, Bethesda don't have a very good track record with the PS3. To their credit though they did bust their asses to get Skyrim patched and working properly on the console so I can see why they'd be hesitant to break it again.

It took 7 hours to upload a 12.3 MB folder on Mediafire. Things like this happen.
Also, the "episode" parts make me want to write a book about what I do on my Terrarian worlds

Nothing to do with contracts at this point. It was meant to be 360 exclusive for the first month, I think? The reason they haven't released it on PS3 yet is because it breaks the game. Wouldn't hold out hope for any future PS3 Skyrim DLC. :/

Skyrim is a total mess on PS3 unless they fixed stuff. One of my friends got the PS3 version around when it came out and it had all kinds of issues.
