For that price, he'd better give serious thought to including his cat with the purchase.

The seller is a legit industry guy, and yeah $50k is high, but a Zelda proto went for $55k recently so it's not that far out. If it doesn't sell, it doesn't sell. Don't really see why people are hassling him over it.

Because they want to be dicks. However, he's clearly having a fun time with it. As a seller you make the decision to post the question and answer to the listing when you answer it.

As for the price, the game is one of a kind. So it's worth whatever some nutty fan is willing to pay. I agree with his decision to not make it an auction though. I could only imagine if the auction ended around that range and then the person didn't pay. The fee would be tremendous.

    All for $40 shipped.
I'll admit that I'm not as up on NES as I once was, but that seems like a HELL of a deal. Pile of very common games, sure, but still....roughly $5 each considering it was probably $10 or more to ship 'em..

Shipping was $15. I had to break up the orders in order to get the best shipping -- if I had placed all of those together in the same order, shipping would have been $24.

Living in Canada sucks sometimes. But otherwise, yeah, helluva deal. Prices were:

    Operation Wolf - $2.51
    Amagon - $3.05
    Little Mermaid - $3.82
    Snoopy's Silly Sports Spectacular! - $4.75
    Gyruss - $4.62
    Guerrilla War - $4.52

Not too bad for complete games (except for Snoopy)

Just picked up Defenders of Dynatron City CIB (NES) for $9.99. It's a previous rental, unfortunately, and is missing the styrofoam, but otherwise in pretty good condition. One of these days I'm going to have to take an entire afternoon and do as much cleaning as I can on some of these carts I've been grabbing.

Very good stuff if you're into that setting, mystery/crime solving type gameplay.

Didn't you say something like that about The Saboteur?

I know it sounds insane, but maybe I might go with Dan's assessment
