Fapping so hard right now. Mostly because that's clearly Golgari, which is one of my favorite color combinations in the game.
As for populate, it's okay I guess. Very situational, as it forces you pretty much into token gen. As for the card itself, also situational at best, depends on how many wogs are in the format.

I'd say 80% or more of the player community loved Ravnica. It was a really well received set. Awesome mechanics, flavour, decent power level, fun to draft (one of the top 3 imo) etc...
