Thailand has lots of great vegetarian dishes. Korea has quite a lot of nice ones too, but like Japan, they tend to use fish or meat stock in most things, so you're usually eating meat / fish even if you think you're not. Not too sure about other countries in the area. Obviously places further west like India and the like sometimes have almost as many vegetarian options on the menu as non-vegetarian.
Yeah, I'm not really the sort to preach vegetarianism to others or take issues with meat eaters. It's just a personal thing~

Good times....
Coo - The credids are over/up there >> they are used for some sort of card game, but the real notion is to give them away, see? Just click on your 'credits'...you'll see...
Elin - I agree...my ex-wife and I were 100% vegetarian for years....then I got a job managing a steak house....I was so weak....

Haha, aww, it's up to you. I don't think eating meat is the most harmful thing in the universe, and frankly I find people like PETA far more annoying than any meat eater out there. :'D Also, it would be difficult to resist if you were working with meat every day. I was never very big on eating the stuff, but I must admit that the smell of it cooking can be pretty tantalising. :'D
