I don't know, I think the heat is the worst thing here (Texas). It's been in the 100s the past few weeks. Sure, almost everyone has air conditioning, but going outside during the day is ill advised. Aside from that... fire ants? The slightly higher probability of a tornado? Rednecks are a non-issue as long as you stick to major metropolitan areas. The only other real gripe I could see people having is illegal immigrants, DEY TUK R JERBS!

That having been said, I dated a girl in Texas for a long while. (Corpus) Went there to visit her, had to cut the trip SHORT, sadly; I was outta that place like a BOLT...even though (apparently?)
