If you read some of their terms, they have some things listed that you can be banned for, although in all of my experience, and everything I've heard, they are very cooperative, and almost always give you the benefit of the doubt.

But its a last resort last time I heard of a full steam ban on someone was when they made 45 accounts to farm and manipulate the xmas steam event to there benefit by forwarding all prizes to one master account from all the free to plays then attempting to sell them off
