i'm just hoping to learn to read it right now. anime, games, etc won't help since i need both the english and original versions on hand at the same time and the games i want to play are only in Japan

Version 0.9¾ is already out, but I'm working on version 0.9X and it'll be a bit better, and a bit harder.
