I've always enjoyed quotes, yet there are so many..
(here are only a few of my favourites)
"Painters, do not fear perfection. You will never achieve it! If you are mediocrities, you may try as you will to paint terribly badly, but people will still see that you are mediocre." - Salvador Dali
"....If I dream tonight that you and I are making love, I shall paint our best positions in the greatest detail first thing in the morning" - Dali to Breton
"I go with the certainty of a sleepwalker along the path laid out for me by providence"- Hitler (1936)

"Violence is always the answer. If you somehow believe violence is not the answer, you are asking the wrong questions. If violence is not solving your problems then you're not using enough of it."

"Get rid of people, get rid of problems!
No people, no problems!" - Joseph Stalin
not exactly inspirational but it kinda makes me life when I read it. Don't hate me I don't like the idea of killing people but just how simple Stalin saw everything is what I find funny.

"If I can send the flower of the German nation into the hell of war, without the smallest pity for the spilling of precious German blood, then surely I have the right to remove millions of an inferior race that breeds like vermin." - Adolf Hitler
