Torrents are ideal. Filehosts are services that you can upload files onto, so other people can download off of them; also filesharing. Sites like mediafire and hotfile are some examples.

It's an alternative for people that can't/don't want to torrent.

Too many corrupted dl's in the past plus now stuff can get deleted quickly.

I know what you mean, though I haven't encountered any corrupted dls from there yet.

Hotfile uploads get deleted faster, so I avoid that like the plague.
