Although, I really have no idea what to believe after constantly seeing the most retarded recommendations on Anidb. The site is practically populated by a bunch of 14-year-old who call every single generic shounen anime "deep" and "a masterpiece".

I'm sure I've told this story a million times already but one of my female classmates from high school is now a porn star. It's especially hilarious because she was probably the sluttiest chick in my class and went on and on about wanting to be famous when she grew up. Then there's a semi-famous/infamous video of a guy pounding some chick in the middle of the most notable/beloved attraction of Budapest, the Heroes' Square. While people passing by just don't give a fuck. Some of them even stop by to watch, including an old couple and policemen.

Pretty sure the guy says "I love this country" at some point in the vid.

That was an over-hyped anime.
I remember liking it at one point, but then reasoning kicked in. It doesn't completely and utterly fail, it's just a disappointment.

the leader was 1. an undeveloped generic bad guy character with little to no reason given for why he was evil, he just was and 2. he never actually does anything in the story, he appears in the last episode to make a few statements but really does nothing. Secondly on the part of the main character, going off with a girl who slaughtered your family, GREAT IDEA.

4 minutes and 19 seconds of glorious manliness that mops the floor with most anime these days. One of the few shows that (for the most part) lived up to the hype IMO.

1.) I would say, try , just try to look at the manga, it goes in a bit more depth for the "generic bad guy"
2.) The ending was the most anti-climactic ending imo.
3.) Love is blind (for him it must be blind, deaf, and crippled )
