Story-wise, it was boring, and for a game franchise that was built on boss battles that were interesting, it provided nothing.

have you been living under a rock? Tails does that in EVERY Sonic game! big deal, i fell off cliffs plenty. if you dissect it down to every plausibility, everything would be boring, just focus on the music. it provided a good deal of things that are still iconic the the franchise.

Honestly I made that comment to get a bit of a debate going, but I didn't see this reply coming at all. Do you prefer Sonic because its a different sort of platformer? Because if I remember rightly sonic games were always platformers.

I don't remember Tails flying through shit in Sonic 2, or three, or even Adventure.
I said crash the game by falling off a cliff. Read the comment fully before replying, or I might just sound dickish
