Valkyrie Profile on ePSXe 1.70 freeze

I'm playing Valkyrie Profile (It's NTSC-U if I remember this right) on ePSXe 1.70. Currently I'm in Chapter 5, Perior 12/24 (second disc). In Villnore some thief/mercenary tells story of his life and game stops always in same moment.

After: 'Kept asking me about her brother' his voice disappears (music is still playing) and text is going normally. On next screen game just stops. Music is playing and L1 works (only this one button) so i can check 'dialogue log' but emulator isn't responding. Sometimes only way to turn it of is process manager.

Am I missing something? I've tried other graphics plugins and it's always like this. Or maybe my ISO is damaged (downloaded it ~year ago from EP)?

Maybe it's the iso but the audio plugin is one of the worst plugin to use i suggest using the internal , eternal spu or P.E.Op.S. Sound Audio Driver 1.10 , you can check the entry of the game in my page and see if it works http://psxdatacenter.com/

Thanks. I've downloaded P.E.Op.S. Sound Audio Driver 1.10 and sound is better but game still freezes in the same point even after redownloading ISO. Maybe image is damaged. I'll try download different one.

T_T Redownloaded CD2 five times from different sites, same thing. I guess not activating this part of story is only way to finnish this game.
