Those 'e-shop' and 'download only' games...is there a way to get those? I see these killer games in Nintendo Power listed as 'download station'...never see roms for 'em here, though... ?

Download Station for Nintendo systems are (for at least the DS) walk in stands at game stores. But I am not sure if that is what they are referring to.

idk somebody would have to break the encryption. i have an SD card i stored some demos on and i cannot figure out how to fix it so i can use it like an SSD again.....

Swordsheik - Thats the thing, though; I have spent 1.5 years straight in Castlevania games, heh...

I'll say one thing. I'm not sure there is a good way to even save them to the System Memory, even if someone decoded, and downloaded the files to the net.
I did play Shante (that half-genie) 1200 points down the drain, but it's kinda worth it.

Oh. ... I don't know. Problem is, these are pure download with no physical cartridge. That makes it harder.

Regarding games, how about some freeware? I have an insane amount of good games that require no payments and have no problems with no payments. I'm currently playing Dubloon, which is like a Pirate Earthbound. There's HikkikomoriRPG, which is kind of a parody of RPGs but with some poor shmuck who has lived for about a year straight in his apartment and is extremely socially inept and nervous. Music Minesweeper, a Japanese freeware that turns your progress in the game into a song. Obligatory La Mulana and Cave Story mention. There's also games like Guardian of Paradise (Zelda-like) and Treasure Adventure Game which is kind of like a Metroidvania Wind Waker. I could keep going on but I am about to fight a ship full of vikings. Not as interesting as the rapping pirate, but still.
