there was a virus that caused users to be directed to false sites even when going for, say, google or Yahoo!, this virus was shut down by the FBI but the problem remained so they made a network of servers to counteract it and then shut them down i guess last month or so.
one more thing: finally gonna watch a full episode of Neon Genesis Evangelion!
