To 'mod' one of my X-Boxes, do I need a product of some sort, or? I probably ought to have a go of it...just cause its so open-ended...wouldnt mind stuffing one with SNES/Genesis/Lynx/etc. roms...

I've used it to create multi-NGC discs using DVD-R before and it seemed fine.
But that was a long time ago, for my sister's first husband.

Then you need either 007 Agent Under Fire, Splinter Cell, or some other game I forget.
Load the game, then tell it to load the hacked save.
Done.

You need the hacked save file, and a way to get it on the memory card. (pc to memory card reader)
Then you need either 007 Agent Under Fire, Splinter Cell, or some other game I forget.
Load the game, then tell it to load the hacked save.
Done.

You need the memory card.
And a way to access the memory card on the pc.
So if you don't have this stuff it's gunna take longer than 30 minutes

Seriously though: the mem cards are cheap, and you can convert an xbox controller into a usb interface for your pc.
The wires are the same colours as usb (for genuine controllers anyway)......just there's an extra yellow (iirc) wire on the Xbox cable that's for lightgun use or some shite.

That's with the memory card I have that has the save on it.
I bought a Action Replay MAX off Ebay to do the save transfers. It is USB-to-Xbox Memory Card.
Used it once, obviously

There's always the option of me sending the game and memory card to you too
Plug in the memory card
Copy the 007 save file to the HDD
Load up Agent Under Fire
Select load from the game screen
Magical things happen onscreen
Done.

The longest part is waiting for 007 to load
