Chrono trigger,Earthbound, Final Fantasy,etc. I'm terrible at fighting,shooting games. Resident Evil freaks me out,so no.

Yes! Chrono Trigger!! I haven't played earthbound and I only like the really old final fantasies. I can't get into the other ones.
I really don't think I'm any good either. I tried playing BlazBlue and I was really bad.
I thought Resident Evil was really cool but it's overwhelming.
tbh my favorite game is Secret of Mana. I could play it over and over again.

earthbound is good. Secret of Mana,love it. The last FF I played was ten. It was okay, but I thought Tidus was annoying. I usually play the older ones anyway.

You really should try Soul blazer, Illusion of Gaia and Terranigma, those are classics.
